After the final date of the class has been completed, you are required to submit a Payroll Request Form to the Community Education Department. You will also have the option to collect feedback from your participants through a survey provided by the Community Education Department. If you are interested in collecting feedback, please notify the Community Education Department ahead of time. Feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance our Community Education program.
If you enjoyed teaching a Community Education class, we encourage you to consider teaching again in the future. If no information has changed from the above forms, all you need is to fill out a new Course Proposal Form and submit it to the Community Education Department. We hope that you teach with us again soon!
Fall Catalog: Runs Approximately September 1 - December 31
Winter/Spring Catalog: Runs Approximately January 1 - May 31
Summer Catalog: Runs Approximately June 1 - August 31
Please Note: Community Education fees are kept as reasonable as possible to make the program accessible. The instructor makes 70% of all fees collected (minus any supply fee). Please keep this in mind when creating a cost for the class.
